Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Presentify. This policy outlines our refund terms for different subscription types.

Free Plan

Our free plan provides 50 credits daily at no cost. Since no payment is made, no refund applies.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Yearly Subscriptions

For yearly subscriptions, you may request a partial refund within 7 business days of your initial purchase. The first month of your subscription will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

After 7 business days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the one-time payment structure. Please ensure Presentify meets your needs using our free plan before purchasing a lifetime plan.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of significant service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we may offer credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@presentify.ai
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide the date of purchase and subscription type (yearly or lifetime)

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You won't be charged for the next billing period
  • Your presentations and data remain accessible
