Presentify is an AI-powered presentation generation platform that allows users to create PowerPoint presentations from text prompts. The Service includes web-based tools for creating, editing, and downloading presentations.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Presentify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you create using the Service (your presentations) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third party's rights.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable laws or as described in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. Changes will be effective upon your next billing cycle.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Presentify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
